Dangerous Placement of Google AdSense Ads!

No doubt that optimizing and camouflaging the ads with your website background will help you increase the CTR percentage of your ads. But some website owners have crossed the limit! They place ads such that the visitors click the ads by mistake, which is well against the TOS of google adsense. Here os one such website which i have described above :
Its a page with a download link to a mp3 file. Look how they have hidden the link. the ad units are so close to the download link, which will cause the visitor to click the ad instead of the download link sometimes. well, most of the times to be precise.
Now thats a real dangerous ad placement isnt it?

yes it very dangerous i think …. also some authors recommend falsely to put the ads in places where the people may click falsely
